Our shipping and delivery procedures can vary based on the order, delivery location, & your personal preferences, but we want to make it as simple as possible. Since many of our furniture pieces are very large & heavy, it can take some time to make sure it is delivered with care. The two main delivery options include curbside delivery, which comes free with any order or White Glove Inside Delivery. Below is a description of each delivery method to help determine which one is right for you.

Standard Free Curbside Delivery

All furniture orders come standard with free curbside delivery which will arrive on a truck with one driver. It will be unloaded from the truck and placed within your property, but not not carried inside your home or business. You will be responsible for bringing the furniture inside. The delivery company will contact you when your order is ready to be shipped and will set up a delivery time that works for you.

White Glove Inside Delivery

For customers that aren't able to bring their furniture inside themselves, we do offer an upgraded white glove delivery option for $399 where the delivery company will bring an extra person to help unload and move your furniture into your home or business and set it up in the location of your choosing.

This method will ensure that your furniture is properly moved, unpackaged and put together the way it should be. For liability reasons, the delivery company is not able to mount or anchor pieces to the wall such as mirrors or hutches.
